they cannot use them against countries who will take it as war signal or had the capability to do the same. it is most suited for operations against terrorists or naval purposes. even pakistan never used it against afghanistan who can't shot it down.

If US is invading countries like Iraq,afgan ,Syria etc then drone will serve the purpose. But I don't think it won't be a good choice in battle space between India and Pakistan,both of us is having a decent airforce and anti air capable army.
Thing are definitely opposite in peace time.

Rustam is far away from induction a turbo prop might not be a wise idea. Also this thing is big and need lot of design chnges.
