Ugh...Sorry...But you mistook conductivity with penetrability. A non-conductive material like your example may be transparent to space based mind control rays. We know that the bone is not conductive but x-rays goes through bone just fine. Mind control rays will do the same. It is better with the tin foil hat, its conductivity will redirect and discharge mind control rays away from the wearer's brain. Mine works quite well. I see zombified people everywhere.
