It is the second most expensive coffee in the world (Hacienda Esmerald from Panana). It costs $104/lb which is only surpassed by Luwak Coffee at $160/lb from Indonesia.

Did you once drink this coffee or do you drink this even now? I mean you still have the packet at home?

I drink Hacienda almost every day.. Yes I have a few packets... But I never tried Luwak and will never try..
But I also drink Arabica, Estancia etc

I use the 18cup stainless steel pressure cooker type concotion..... i find that gives best. From Addis, i tried to bring over the earthened pot they make in but got a crack it in.

All left over coffee grinds go into composting bin near the house. Have earthworms there for all veg leftovers. Those are used for good fishing bait.

I use Moccamaster for brewed coffee while my home has this builtin expresso machine.. I like the taste of both depending on the mood. Though for the breakfast, the brewed coffee is the best as its aroma travels to my bedroom every day at 06:00.. For evening on weekends and gathering with friends, expresso maskin can easily cover a variety of demands. BTW I'm cutting down my coffee consumption from 5-6 to 2-3 cups per day.

We have many dams nearby; we are blessed in this area with underground springs; there are many areas where water is very deep and several dams like molatedi etc. There are 3 normal fishes - tilapia and catfish with carp. Various species of tilapia which are local right across africa. Now, some bright person decided to throw in florida bass which has gone wild and around 12kg sizes are being caught which are world record size.

Very cool. So you have largemouth black bass in South Africa? Tremendous. I love catching bass, except up this way in New England we do have large and small mouth bass but not too many fresh water areas, so we tend to go salt water fishing and that's where we get to have a ton of fun catching the ever so exciting striped bass, and they get pretty big! lol.

I love catching bass, except up this way in New England we do have large and small mouth bass but not too many fresh water areas, so we tend to go salt water fishing and that's where we get to have a ton of fun catching the ever so exciting striped bass, and they get pretty big! lol.

You need to come to catch fish off Namibian coast - Cob and Steenbraas.
