One of my Friend is looking to buy a classic/Antique Car , does anyone know where he can go or contact to find such cars in Karachi or close by Areas ? Cars like Beetle/Foxy , Toyota Mark 2 etc ..

One was Datsun 120Y 1974 in yellow, and other was Corolla 1962 Model on royal blue, I buy both from known persons.

These are very old pics... the owner wasnt ready to sell back than... and im pretty sure they arent there anymore..

I think Ive seen the red Z being restored in DHA.. near DHA Club road... that goes to Baloch colony side..

In Sweden, people have kept old cars in immaculate conditions...Those piece of art look like just came out from the show room. But I don't if such cars can be imported into Pakistan without paying ridiculous amount of money in taxes and duties.
BTW may I ask why and for who do you want an old car?

my Friend wants to buy a old classic car like VW Beetle/Foxy , or Toyota mark 2 .. he used to have modified Datsun but now he is moving to a different car .. seeing his enthusiasm I also actually growing up to those old classic cars lol .. better than buying Suzuki Mehran

The beetles i saw on road towards Gulshan-Malir-super highway... on University road, at a workshop.. its about 500m from careem office.

The Datsun is a cheap workhorse bro.. you can easily get around if you ask around any mechanics worship in a busy area.

A little modifications to the body, 1.3 or 1.8 toyota engine, good tyres/rims and those bucket type sport seats and your friend will have a sweet little ride.

Id do that if i had the time or extra cash...

I have a CJ.. its been just sitting in a garbage for a long time and due to ny schedule aswell as my plans to go abroad (for my post grad)... i havent even been able to work on it... plus now with the baby and all... its getting harder.

Ok bro, i will give it a try .. thanks for the suggestion bro , Apart from my friend who is after Beetle , i will look for this Datsun 1200 Idea for myself , I will be moving to USA by end of this year Inshallah or start of next year so i want a ride for myself . but i am looking to invest a lot of money into it

i know a place where u can buy oldie classic 4x4's mostly mate and he has a collection however cars need reconditioning as they are bought from auction one can do them up according to their taste most of the stock is ex military 2 door land crusiers , willys , CJ 5 , CJ7 etc etc !! let me know if your buddy is a fan ..
