Class 8 student kills a man in court

Either the kid was in a desperation and didn't fell he would get justice or there is a serious issue with his upbringing.

I'm sure that a lobby will soon pop up that will ask that the boy be given a medal for his act. In this nation where Mumtaz Qadri is a hero and Malala Yousafzai, a villain, it's only a matter of time that the fate of Afghanistan becomes our ultimate demise as well.

Two words, gun control.

It will solve atleast half of Pakistan's problems.

.
And this is the extremist mentality we have, DEFENDING murder in the courtroom. May I remind you guys what the value of a Qazi and court is in Islam?

How can you say that? Judiciary does not work on emotions, it goes by rules of the law. If the attacker injured his father, why don't you ask yourself what did his father do to make him injure him? may be his father was at fault in the first place. an eight grader having access to arms, and carrying it to the court room Is indicative of problems in his family. In my opinion who ever that gun belonged to, should be booked for criminal negligence to keep his arms in a safe place, away from the reach of children, he should be booked for murder too.

Here is some other news of police and justice

Dunya news paper:
Pindi Bhatiyan:

one party was forcing accusers to take back case against killing of their uncle(chacha) they did not take the case back so the party facing case killed two brothers of the party whos uncle was killed earlier and abducted their sister

ab AK 47 na uthaen tu aur kia karen lanat on adliya and patwari police

.
And what does that case has to do with this one?

Both are extreme sides but the the problem is still there...No Justice because judiciary is not interested...judiciary has a regular 9-5 job in which more of them skip and report at 11am and return 2pm cases adjourned. Jails are being filled with more innocent then real criminals. We don't have efficient investigation and forensic teams, our police is extremely corrupt and incompetent. So unless the whole system is not rebooted we'll continue to see 2 extremes.

Plain BS, No, we are not at the top, but if you are comparing it with the "glittering" western justice system, trust me it's not what it is portrayed to be. The good old saying "Allah Thanay or Ketchery say bachaey" holds true for west too.

the same justice and patwari police justice is served every where in Pakistan resulting in no confidence on the so called system and people taking matter in their own hand

Here see some samples and you can find thousands more if you google

The boy did right our courts can't give justice , the moment nears when we will see Malitia on vans and guns giving out justice

I am amazed at the mind-set of my fellow countrymen. One reads different viewpoints of the honourable members but not many posts condemning the ‘extra judicial killing’. Regret to state that when members of this august forum think that boy shooting another man in court of law has justification on his side, there is little hope for the majority who can hardly read or write.

Don’t you see that if everyone picks up the gun and settles the score, there is no point in having any government or laws or law courts. What do we know of the real circumstances behind this quarrel? On what basis can one comment that the boy was in the right?

In my humble opinion, no matter what the circumstances, no matter how bad the police & judiciary may be, in a civilized society you are not allowed to take the law in your own hands. An individual cannot be judge , jury and the executioner on his own. Only the state has the right to take life of a human being after all due process of law has been exhausted. This is even worse than the American West!

It appears that that enlightenment has passed Pakistan by and a lot of Pakistanis are still living in dark ages.
