The written law interpreted is a mistress to personal conviction and foresight. Sadly the system is designed to do the opposite. We are heading towards constitutional deadlock if we are not already in one.

Why we use to take cover of 'Time'; everyone know mobile phone at work place is distraction; either you are driving or at work . I myself witness to the phenomenon, that those who are using cell phone at work are committing to considerable more errors than those who are not using cell. Our company put restriction on cells during working hours and none is complaining about human rights, humiliation blah blah blah ... that judge even don't know the basic rules of justice and was utilising official time they should learn that Muslim caliphs were even putting out light when they meet someone personally.

If CJP can't then who can? Judges are not above the law and not some holy cows. Rather it has been a famous and popular saying in Pakistan that instead of a lawyer, just hire a judge...
CJP is the chief of judiciary and if he finds any judge's conduct non-professional or sloppy, he not only has the right but the official responsibility to take action whether it entails a minor snub or any other serious actions that merit the situation.

Not in legal verdicts, if any judge is incompetent should be immediately stripped off from his seat instead of using inappropriate quoted remarks.

Salman Taseer indeed might have been a corrupt bastard like the rest of our political elite, but he wasn't killed for being corrupt. He was killed for defending somebody who clearly never "blasphemed". The sheer fact you mullah boys defend a British law (Blasphemy Law) to protect your "indestructible Islam" is what makes me laugh. Man-made laws are going to protect the "true religion".
