the new way to fool public is to impose every tax and call it is for dam .Govt has taken 17 billion usd loan from asian development bank for new electric meters and wires but is not willing to start dam construction by same amount to build dam govt should have political courage and take a stance dams only not develop from money unless govt has decision making power for their construction.Tax imposition is job of finance minister and not cjp

You should not worried.
Its matter of Life and Death now. So dam will be built one way or the other.
Problem is our economy is so F***** up that lack of funds will further delay the project which is already too late.
Major Dam were constructed during Ayub time.
No development after although our demand increased exponentially and capacity has reduced due to silt and will further reduced when these dam will finish probably in 10 years.
We need at least 5 but we don't have money even for 1 Dam.

I have said number of time. Impose 5-10 rupees on mobile card tax as funding for dam automatically and you will easily cover the cost of dam.
