Not really, just showing you the mentality of Noora leaguers. The above picture of Musharraf is taken just before Vajpai got up to greet him. It shows nothing but the juvenile way in which the posters' brain works as they think that a person's etiquettes in greeting other people, somehow reflects on the status of the person they are meeting.

But why Nawaz sharif was wearing Suit with tie , which culture was he representing in india pakistani or european. I can understand wearing Suit while traveling to Western countries.
