well kid CIA is notoriously known for Assassinations,bombing,supporting various anti government factions around the globe and above all has one agent caught red handed in Pakistan killing two Pakistanis,FBI is known for espionage on foreign diplomats and ensuring internal security of US+has overseas offices of the FBI alert domestic offices to potential threats and areas of interest.
