Christians launch political party in Tamil Nadu

yes sir. i agree.. only we r responsible for this and only we can change this. and we will change this. we should never vote a politician with criminal record firstly and then we should vote only on the bases of development done and should the corrupt govt. regardless of the party.

Yes absolutely!!!We Are Their Inventors and we must show them that we can destroy them also:angry::sick:
P.S-Don't call me sir,I'm 17:P

.
best thing would be to clone some Narendra modi & Nitish Kumars.. send them to each state & one of them to centre!! honestly speaking.. these are the only two sensible leaders i can see at the moment!!

i agree completely.

.
Because they say you have shiv sena, bajrang dal and other saffron parties that are made on religious lines

The only political party in your list is the Shiv Sena ( Named after the great Maratha King Shivaji). None of them have a name like Hindu or similar. I agree that the Shiv Sena is communal but not always openly so. Sometimes they are and at other times their position is nuanced. Th Christian People Party's primary appeal is to Christians alone & specifically Catholic & brazenly so. Don't think it to be a brilliant idea and would only serve to antagonise the majority community. The best way to look after minority interests is to work with the majority in a secular party. How can anyone oppose a Pro -Hindu agenda of any party claiming that it is not in line with India's secular credentials if one openly creates/supports a party clearly functioning on communal lines. The charge of double speak will be levied & it would not be wrong. The last thing any minority community should want is to polarise the majority community against them. All downhill from there.

Thats what electorates in subcontinent say but again ideally it works but practically the kinda political voting system given to us has many flaws.

When its election time everyone once again go into lines for voting the hierarchy thats the biggest reality irrespective of corruption or otherwise.

Plus cash for votes plays a big role, fake electorate lists, registration of non-locals as voters and so on

.
corruption can never affect the vote bank in a big way in sub-continent. its been part of almost every political party and everyone has its fair share in it.

ure very wrong here.
i wont say much here, but u would see the result of campaign against corruption in India within next 2 years.

1. :) well whether you use the word Hindu or Shiv does it make any difference ?

2. Honestly speaking shiv senics work in collaboration with other hindu groups so saying the others have no political influence is wrong.

3. the vote strength is more powerful than crying for rights through other means so i believe all communities should have close coordination and working for using their political strength thats the way to get your voice heard.

How Christian political party will work towards development of Indian Christians that i dont know but i guess they have more chances to work it out well along with financial help from west

surely people will do come on roads but again its not going to affect the political scene much for many years to come.

Might be after few decades but again the inflation and other such factors will be adding up to the prevailing trend

there will be no campaign, congress very well know that elections are due in 2014, so they will sort out everything before 2013 & then in last year of governance they will come up with big announcements & schemes. & as u know very well the famous quote in politics " janta ki yad dasht bahut kamzor hoti hai"

Am happy with this news people or religious group can freely raise there voices not like some other countries guess who

se fake electorate list and registration of non locals is not a prob. here thanks to strong and independant election commision. but cash for vote is. and no-vote-to-criminals has been a big success in the last election in bihar where most of the bahubalis lost the election.

.
The news did not amaze me..
I am quite sure in coming years there will be tons of parties coming up in each state...
This will only detonate vote banks of congress, thus one day making it smallest party in India.

But they say 80 % MPs were with criminal record.

.
hope the same story is repeated in the upcoming u.p. elections because u.p. and bihar used to b strong hold of bahubalis.

So is it a good thing? i mean reducing Congress to a small political party ? and is it going to work??

i think Congress has a strong standing specially when it has more than double digit rivals
