I am not a genius the following is my humble comment.

This is about the people what they want. If the people are loyal with their land and the people of the land then any system will work. But if the people of the land they are selfish, materialist then what ever the system may be it will leads them towards the disaster. For detail you may can read the History books. Currently where ever on this planet earth a good system is existing please watch the community you will find good and nice people.

I never supported Democracy anyway, i always proposed an idea of pseudo-democracy. Which can be a blend of Aristocracy and Democracy. Only the worthy will be able to represent the segment of the society they are from.
