I just wonder, when media refers to culture and traditions, its always 'rich'.. Is there any 'middle class' or 'poor' cultures?

There are plenty of members of the public as well as of this forum who support establishment of a dark age Mulla Omer type Emirates in Pakistan. Should these forces succeed, we should forget culture and heritage of Pakistan of ancient times.

There were no indigenous people living in Pakistan before 7th century. Our history begins with Mohammed Bin Qasim and our culture is either of the Arabian Desert or culture of Afghan tribes. Names of old towns such as Lahore, Sialkot, Gujarat, Gujranwala etc., that remind us of the people who were here before Mohammed bin Qasim should be changed.

And good bye to Sufi saints such as Data Sahib, Baba Farid and Bahuddin Zakaria. According to Wahabis, celebrating their Urs constitutes ‘shirk’. Remember what Sufi Mohammed did to graves of the Saints in swat!

How exactly did you come to the conclusion that there were no indigenous people here before the 7th century? Harapa and Moenjodaro were one of those pre 7th century civilizations. And when Mohammad bin Qassim landed, there were brutal battles against the indigenous tribes. They resisted the new culture like we resist the taliban culture. And so the cycle of life continues.
