What's new

Chinese telecom giant 'ZTE' is in talks with Indian companies for transfer of technology, designs and formation of a joint venture.

Chhi chhi chhi, why chinese companies are desperate to invest in poor slum India with no money to buy chinese items and also tortures chinese companies with fake tax theft claims to an extent they're willing to give ToT and having JVs with useless Indian companies?

Haven't they seen the "hunger index" where India is kept next to Afghanistan? These companies should not be investing in India just because they're the fastest growing major economy in the world!

At the end of 2022, China's cross-border assets reached $9,258 billion. Is it a lot to invest billions of dollars in India? In 2021 alone, China invested $400 billion in Iran.

$400 billion investments were committed over 25 years

Going by India's population ratio, if India is a B&R country, it should be able to access more than a trillion dollars of Chinese investment. Right now, Chinese investment in India totals only billions of dollars.

Do you still think Chinese companies value India now?

No they don't value us, thats why BYD wants to invest $1 billion and ZTE wants to give ToT and chinese handset makers expanding in India rapidly along with electronic component makers setting up plants.

We are extremely cautious in allowing Chinese companies to invest in India. A large number of them are shown where the exit is.

ZTE is a state-owned company, you Indians don't know? what you indians daily live will be sent secretly to Chinese gov:sick:, a huge cybersecurity risk,BJP will allow it?

Boycott it, kick it fk out! :police:

That is a plan. Good luck getting Iran to honor anything

Not yet. Let them make some investments and give some technology.

Then the size 8 would be dished out.
Even now 3yrs children in China know that if do business with Indians, Indians must pay the full payment before delivery, what you've done to your business reputation?

Want technology? Payment completed first. :yahoo:

India invites BYD to build factories and transfer technologies. BYD said we'll only build, manufacture, sell, and export on behalf of India. No tech transfer. Not going to give CEO, plant manager, and department heads' posts to Indians just because they are Indians.

So Modi shows BYD the exit. BYD is going to say to Modi: "Sir, I have not entered yet."

what has population to do with investment? Indians are and should carefully evaluate any Chinese investment proposal and admit them only under strict t&c. China under CCP has fully earned DontTrust&KeepVerifying grade

BYD is still building and selling in India, its $1 bn application has not been rejected but its just pending and will be scrutinised by the government.

GoI will be taking into account the domestic EV makers and the potential of this investment in terms of the value it brings to us and the effect it will have on domestic competition since BYD is the biggest EV maker in the world.

You don't have any private sector hence hand over entire market to MNCs so you won't understand.
