personally i believe there is no question of ego when comes to medical facilities and human lives so no question of phrases like bending over.
our minister might not had responded in few cases but indian government is using medical visas to Pakistani patients as a tool for propaganda and ego boosting

Our minster highlights everything. That's what ministers do for our vote bank. In fact Pakistanis directly address Mr swaraj, is that a crime ? Why should it even happen ? There is process for visa, if their application is being sat on by your ministry, they appeal directly to the most proactive minister in twitter.

K personally I feel she is being groomed for being the next PM candidate from BJP. But one cannot complain she does not act.

If serious cases of pakistani medical situation arises she directs indian commision to investigate and issues visa.

This itself is a failure for pakistan. I hope your ministry expidite visa applications faster and we would love to lower our heads and treat them to our best.
