My solution to this: Norway has a similar landmass to Japan, so yous can move into each other’s country.
The question is: does Norway have enough fish? Fish is essential to the Japanese diet, afterall.
I see in distant future, the concept of countries and religion will be defunct. And we all will live as global citizens under the rule of our Robotic overlords.
