For 4-legged herbivores and birds (who dont eat meat) to be halal on us we need to kill them with 1 single cut of a sharp knife which should cut the following: spine, severe the nerves (cut off feelings) , cut the trachea (cut of breathing) and the jugular vein (major vein in the neck which will allow quick outflow of unwanted blood)...

So basically Halad meat is blood free? Sounds similar to our preference. But why I do know that in France they sell hacked steak(steak haché in French) which with blood? Does this mean Muslims in Europe is different?

Actually speaking preparing the animal to kill will make the animal berserk and due to that lot of harmful hormones will be released.

Halal is a method of killing the animal not sure what hacked steak is....

Most Muslims in Europe dont eat non halal meat ....at least the ones I know we always go to a halal butcher ...
