I shouldn't see why not, China should take offence to this, he was killed because he is "Chinese looking".

I only really care about Chinese citizens.

If a "Chinese American" Triad decides to disembowel another "Chinese American", I don't care. It's just one American killing another American.

If someone who looks "vaguely East Asian" gets disembowelled in some other country, that matters to me even less. Maybe the NE Indians will retaliate in their own way (which they often do), but it's nothing to do with me.

Don't worry buddy, you can get Hong Kong residency, that way you get to keep your original citizenship too, while getting to live in China as long as you like.

Well I do have an eye on exploring China for work; I wonder how much would my complete illiteracy in the Chinese Languages (Mandarin or Cantonese) would hold against me & whether in China that has such a large population of aspiring Professionals would a foreigner be considered on an equitable basis in the Job Selection process ?

Plus I dunno if British or American Qualifications are recognized in China !

And I could only move to a City where there are a lot of Hui Chinese around to maybe think of settling down with a nice Hui lady !

Yup, anybody who doesn't look like a martial looking Indian is subject to harassment in India. We usually stone them or burn them. It is our favourite past time. Sometimes we get so carried away , we mistakenly burn or stone our neighbours or cousins or other family if we can't find any foreign looking people. You should visit sometime and experience it for yourself

The Han women point their finger at you when they talk. The Hui women gesture a lot with their hands. And the Korean women bring their entire family when you invite them out to dinner
