Look carefully at the last image, they do look like IAI Harpy attack drones

nope..China bought these from Israel(if it is Harpy) in 1994..

Actually these are designed and built in China, we did buy some from Israel however due to US pressure on Israel we could not get it upgraded, so we decided to make our own.

They were brought from ISRAEL and when ISRAEL refused to repair them under US pressure, China did their own upgrades.
