There is no mention of Muslims. Xinjiang is not all Muslims. Even Uyghurs and Kazakhs are not necessarily Muslims.

Rivals bad mouthing each other is not a good enough argument for calling uyghur women baby making machines though. I get that the point is about women's lives getting better, but same statement can anyday be delivered without the baby making machine slur. That's derogatory to any ear.
