At first his videos were fair. But of course there will be trolls and critics. Then he purposely challenge them on video. Then he starts to make China video negatively. Then people start harassing him and his wife and he feels his life is in danger in China. Play stupid games, get stupid prizes. And yes he is racist, he doesn't feel apartheid was wrong.

Asserting a FACT is not ad hominem. Maybe the news is true or not but I definitely would not use such a biased racist source for my news. He is unreliable. The people who most often use him as a source have an anti Chinese agenda to begin with.

Some Chinese don't like when someone point out some issues in their own country... so they go ballistic...
No one of them seems to bother when he is praising/speaking highly of many things in China...

Most of it started when he began to point out Scams made by scums in China toward tourist mostly.... as it wasn't giving a "good image" of their country...

There are attacks on medical personal in the West, actually, there was this news where two Paramedic was attacked while trying to save a bikie a couple of months ago. However, most of these attacks are to frontline medical personnel (Paramedic, Nurse and so on). There aren't too many attack (If at all) happened inside a hospital, there were one in US in 2017, not quite remember the detail but I remember it was a Doctor who shoot and killed another Doctor, and if I remember correctly, the victim is a female Chinese Doctor and I believe the motive is either jealousy or sexual harassment or something like that.

Anyway, I think this come down to two problem. First, there aren't enough counselling service in China, in the west, doctor and nurse were train to deal with these type of "Bad News" so that it would not turn violent, also there are specialist who stationed in hospital to help people with accepting the loss of their loved one. Second, the security is not enough in Chinese hospital, I am not sure about the security level in Hospital in China, in Australia, hospital is very heavily guarded, you probably wouldn't be able to bring a knife inside a hospital. It would probably easier to steal one inside. There were this guy who got shot by the Police outside Nepean Hospital in 2018 (I live just outside Nepean Hospital by the way)

I think they should focus the effort on the two things I mentioned. This should not be tolerated in any hospital, be it in Australia, China or Iraq.​

Actually in the video he mentioned when people take sick family members to the hospital they EXPECT them to be cured. If the doctor says the chances are not good this is inferred (possibly incorrectly) by the family as a cue to give the doctor more money. Of course if the patient then gets worse they take it as the doctor intentionally doing this to shake them down for more money. This leads to VERY pissed off people with vengeful intentions.

I have watched some of his videos and he is not racist, just speaks the facts from his perspective, calls it how he sees it nothing wrong with that.

Well he isn't racist towards Chinese people...but for a certain demographic back in South Africa..that might be a little harder to answer.

Anyways many say his videos are lies but when you ask them for a specific example they say "just about everything" and when you say "can you name some of that everything" they can't. So expect endless evasiveness.

That is a little unfair, he has interviewed black south Africans on his channel and allowed them to challenge him on it.

He doesn't like the corrupt government who is bad for Blacks, Whites, and Coloured.

You can see that trend not just in China, but also Chinese people everywhere.

Most Chinese expect "paid" for service, saw that like a million time when I was still in Hong Kong, they expect "Free" service is cheap and useless, and if you want someone heal, you need to pay for it, while in ER or A&E, treatment are treatment and they are free, you don't get "Upgraded" even if you offer money to the doctor.

That is probably the nature of Chinese, and it reflected in their hospital, people don't understand why their relative died, and don't understand medical science, and they simply think the doctor don't do anything because you don't pay enough. On the other hand, there are no grieve counselling offer to these people and when their relative do died, they will think it would be the doctor fault, because they haven't work hard enough to save their loved one.

That is one part of the problem.
