Chinese comment over US ban on Huawei

I mean if you are a native Chinese speaker, you would understand what it means. Our boy genius does not seem to know it. He is just regurgitating.

GTranslation:

Do you dare say no? Apple has at least legal channels to prevent it in the United States, and the media dares to report it extensively. Both sides must also argue at their hearings for their position. You can say unfairly throughout the program but you can't deny that it is relatively transparent.

Is this possible in China? Maybe you believe that Huawei can say no. But more importantly, do foreigners believe it? Xi himself said that he did not believe in the separation of judicial independence between the three powers, and everything should be heard from the party. If you are a foreigner, would you believe it?

So why do so many countries in Europe also think that Huawei is safe? Only the Americans there stressed that Huawei may be insecure.

欧洲不是认为华为能抗旨,而是认为他们有足够能力防范所谓的安全威胁吧。

The warnings stem from the United States’ concern that Huawei and other Chinese telecom companies are a significant security threat given Beijing’s control over the industry. Top officials have pointed to new Chinese security laws that require Huawei and other companies to provide information to intelligence officials, arguing China could gain access to the vast amounts of data that will ultimately travel over 5G, allowing Beijing to spy on companies, individuals and governments — an accusation Huawei has vehemently denied.

But the campaign has run aground. Britain, Germany, India and the United Arab Emirates are among the countries signaling they are unlikely to back the American effort to entirely ban Huawei from building their 5G networks. While some countries like Britain share the United States’ concerns, they argue that the security risks can be managed by closely scrutinizing the company and its software.

Europe does not think that Huawei can resist the purpose, but that they have enough ability to prevent the so-called security threats.

I don’t know if Huawei is now eavesdropping. But you honestly told me that you believe that Huawei dares to say no to the CCP’s future requirements? Game rule makers and referees are the same power plays, you know. . . You may believe, but foreigners will believe it? Even if Huawei does not want it, there is no legal channel to say no. .

Let's be real here. Who would you rather have spy on you, China or America? Would you rather it be the one who goes around droning and bombing everywhere and disappearing people into Guantanamo Bay and thousands of other black prisons around the world, or the one who doesn't?

I know you're going to whine about Uighurs, so let me preempt that. If I were a Uighur in China I would have a problem with Chinese surveillance. But I'm not, so I don't.

Wasn't my post... but a translation of the Chinese post...

As for your Q... I prefer none of them... they are as guilty as the other...As corrupt as the other... Both are the same... the only difference is that one speak English and the other don't...
As for Uighur... you gonna find a way out yourself buddy... now it's out... better work hard to make people swallow your POV pill.

Mainland Chinese for the most part are somewhat inferior backwards people. Their elites would leave their country if they could do so without backlash

Lol how convenient right? You reappear after mista posted. Do you understand the context in Chinese?
I do not need any help. I gave you the DIRECT link to the Chinese goobermint.

Are you telling the forum that you do not have the innate intelligence to use the keywords 'china national intelligence law'?

What's stopping them? China's outbound tourists reached 135 million in 2016, compared to 5 million in 1995. Just fly your entire family out and apply for asylum in the West.

J-16 and J-20 pilots can defect straight to Japan just like Viktor Belenko did with the MiG-25 in 1976.

Why is Huawei even in a position to design 7nm chips?
Why does China control 34% of 5G standard essential patents?
https://asia.nikkei.com/Spotlight/5...sition-for-5G-era-with-a-third-of-key-patents

All those Chinese engineers could be working for Qualcomm, Intel, Ericsson, Nokia, etc.

You want an example of a country where all the elites left for the West? Look no further than the country with the 65 million slum population.
