Huawei ONLY design that chips. ARM is a british tech. China still cannot produce pure silicon to use in chips. Also Chip producing machines built by a dutch company called asml. And China cannot buy thos machines because netherlands dont sell those machines to china. And china huawei produce that chips in taiwan.ARM chip test softwares still come from US. When All chinese folks in here talking about how developed their country is. But reality is they are just an assembly line.
