Please let us evade in negative tones. The point is that in my observation, Chinese people are integrated into Philippines. Even beauty is associated with Chinese features, East Asian features.

In fact when I was in Philippines , locals thought I was Chinese or Chinese-Filipino.

I want to disperse the false assumption that Chinese are treated as second class citizens in the Philippines. Because from my personal experience, the Chinese-Filipinos are actually part of the elite of Filipino society. Many of the political leaders in the country have Chinese ancestry, the richest businessfolk in the Philippines are Chinese-Filipinos. In fact what i witness was there is such a large presence of Chinese in the Philippines. I was a bit saddened that there's not that many Japanese in Philippines. Well, not as much as the Chinese, lol.

lol, even in europe chinese tourists are being considered as top spender these days, and in asian countries from thailand to even japan are trying best to lure chinese tourists to their countries in order to support their economy, lots of people would be happy to see pinoy want chinese out.

Unfortunately the downside of this is higher targeting by thieves/kidnappers around the world. 10 years ago a criminal may have ignored a Chinese national and waited to target a Japanese or Western tourist...now he will not ignore.

When more Chinese go abroad, it is necessary for the government to protect them, like the U.S. did.
Chinese economy is not parallel with its global strategic shipping capability.

In my memory, China only withdrew its people once from Libya in 2011.

The "peaceful rise" topic has been heavily studied by both academia and government.
The result is pessimistic. I guess the government is very clear what the situation is. I summarize
the government policy in my own words because their words are long and hard to interprate:
" Move on, be protective, let others decide ".

What I said are facts. I don't and won't be rude to anyone. You can also search hundreds of such presentations

You don't have to agree what I said. There are many video discussions which are from the western countries.
