Can't comment for other Indonesians, but for me, I'm happy with this project... even with the ongoing Covid-19 lockdowns and work/travel restrictions, this project is still going strong and fast... The planned 2021 opening seems to be achievable at this rate ... Can't wait till it's operational, I'll definitely book a ride on it as soon as it becomes available!

Indian HSR is cancelled . The hsr was to be built between two states . There was a change in government in one of the states and the new government is against the HSR . Also farmers are not ready to give up their land . So dead end .

Congratulations Indonesia that your HSR is under construction .

Many indonesian are not happy

Many indonesians jump up and down, spewing lies. They hate chinese for their whole life.

Not all just need to be aware of those who is willing to sell Indonesia to US for their own benefit. Indonesian has a lot of national pride but it need to be supported by strong industries and national strength. Indonesia is powerhouse in ASEAN. But not in Asia or world stage.

Major project in bridge building completed for Indonesia's Jakarta-Bandung high speed railway

JAKARTA, May 10 (Xinhua) -- The first multi-span rigid frame continuous beam for the No.2 Bridge of Indonesia's Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway was successfully closed on Sunday.

The steel structure continuous beam, which is being constructed by Power Construction Corporation of China, has a total length of 213.8 meters, crossing two highway ramps and an overpass, with dense land transportation networks and complex construction environment.

In order to ensure the safety, quality and efficiency of the project construction, the main span of the continuous beam adopted the construction method of cantilever hanging basket, and the side span adopted the cast-in-place construction method.

In 2016, the construction of Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway project was launched. The 142.3 km-long project will connect the country's capital Jakarta and Bandung in West Java province.

With a speed of 350 km per hour, the high speed railway built with Chinese technology will cut the journey from more than three hours to around 40 minutes.
