Do you mean "The milk was always adulterated.” is not systematic? Size wise, no one dares to surpass the bigness of 300000 pregnant women deaths/year in a single state due to systematic negligence.

It is just as ridiculous to relate Nigeria satellite with milk as people link Chandrayaan with the 300000/year.

Better stick with satellite issue.
