沙河渡槽工程位于河南省鲁山县境内，于2009年12月30日开工建设，是国家南水北调中线工程的重要项目之一，是为帮助“南水”穿越平顶山境内的沙河、大浪河等河流“北上”而修建的大型水利设施，工程投资26亿元，全长11.938公里。
