China's southernmost island province Hainan plans scenic coastal highway

A scenic highway along the coastline of China's southernmost island province of Hainan is to be built to further tap the province's tourist resources.

Remind me the real estate bubble of Hainan in 1990's. Maybe it's different now.

Hope it won't be built next to the beaches it's awful when you need to cross the roads and highway which are very close to the coast.
