I am not exactly aware of the interim govt thing? I read something about SL moving from a presidential form to parliamentary form of govt. Is it related to it?

Chinese investments are not going anywhere.

Only few projects like port city would be reviewed as they are useless and provide no benefit for the country except for satisfying previous president's ego. He borrowed too much money from China only to use them in projects that are not really needed for the country. He could have used it for critical infrastructure and institutions.

Indian media on the other hand never misses a chance to distort news. I really don't understand why media in India is so obsessed with China whereas India rarely being mentioned in Chinese media. Indian media should accept that China is more powerful than India and deal with the reality. It's not in a position to challenge a large powerful country especially in the current situation.

AFAIK China dont have an independent media that can criticise their own govt.

We had a good thing going on since we cooperated with each other to bring down the LTTE; now its going to be back to business as usual in a "Pakistan - Yeah...yeah its a country in South Asia....cool....whats it to me?" manner and not a "Pakistan - Yeah we've got a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with them based on trust, friendship and common goals" !
