India is carving in under the pressure of the US and China is increasing its purchase, gave the middle finger to the US and helps Iran who is standing with its back against the wall financially. If China does not buy Iran crude it still can buy from plenty others, there is no pressure on China, but if India does not obey US command, it will get hurt badly by US sanctions.
