China’s More Worried About Own People, Says GOP Hawk

You need to learn history, my friend. In the post-WWII order, the US attempt every possible means to prevent us from development because we were part of the Soviet-led camp. It was until 1970s in the Nixon meeting, famously known as the "ping pong diplomacy", that the US tried to lure us into their camp in an attempt to weaken and destroy the Soviet. It was successful. Nothing was given to us. All our power today and rise come entirely from the sweat of our people and the clever maneuver between two superpowers during the Cold War.

If it wasn't for their previous policy of trade block during war time, our military strategists wouldn't advance our defense parameter. In self-defense, what we did is completely acceptable as we are not their ally.

Well I think history is very imprecise thing and depends on which party you are speaking. I won't deny the hard work and maneuver done by the Chinese people. Now tell me if Nixon didn't do that then do you think china can be world manufacturing capital as of understanding China export goes to west (EU+USA) without them whom do you think you guys could of export too and do the manufacturing.

The west(boogeyman) you guys portrait are your biggest trading partner so let me rephrase "USA had all cards in his table but china (whom i kidding CCP ) fooled them and by doing hard work and playing chess defeated them for not able to constraint china(umm i think making china successful ) "

So overall China couldn't stop West for making china rich. :what:

. .
Well yes in a way but in past they had the upper hand and if you think they were china opposition then how can china develop when they had all the cards in their arsenal ?

Just a different view of looking at things.

Despite all odds. Look at this way, why other countries failed to develop as much as China did although, fresh from the war, we started off from similar grounds?

Too many variables; some man made, some history made.

As i said i am not denying the fact that Chinese did hard work and lots of maneuvering but you should also not deny that if west was oppose to it then you guys should not be successful.

Correct, bro, CN never get 'rich' if they can not export to EU-USA, just look at thei GDP per capital in 1978 (before CN can export to EU-US), its just merely 280 USD , yeah ...just 280 USD only.., even CNese that time also work very hard:laugh:

When TPP come to reality , it means CN is not allowed for massive export to US any more. Thats why Mr. Forber guest that CN will be weaken after 10 years. Mr. Forber simply remind CN that US is the boss, US is the one help billion CNese to get our of the Third world nations .

TTP is best deal for Vietnamese but that doesn't mean it's bad for China and somehow china will start declining and Vietnamese will be rich (that's just fiction my friend).

You can't be like china but be a better version of vietnam.

Not with Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Russia, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Iran, etc etc etc

The country highlighted in Bolt are military strategic partner with the US. And have been using US made weapon for quite some time. Nepel in particular, hold the US military Security Cooperative Office in Kathmandu. Pakistan Operate US Centcom asset in support of Resolute support

Laos have a Bilateral Trade Agreement with the US and was with a Joint Narcotic Eradication Program with the US DEA so there is a Civilian Law Enforcement relationship between Laos and the US

Cambodia on the other hand, have hold the most US Leadership Approval Rating in Asian Pacific Region, with 68% approval for US performance in Asian Pacific Region, 7% disapprove (Compare to 30% approval rate with Cambodia-Chinese Relationship rating)

U.S. Leadership Approval Ratings Top China's in Asia

So, out of your list, in effect, only Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Russia and China have bad blood with the US. Iran is Persian, not in Asia

lolwut. I didn't even mention any specific country. you are so eager to defend the US and badmouth China even when nobody mentioned the US or China.
Then who were you hinting at ? This is about China and selected Americans' opinions about China. So if not US, then who ?

Your military strategic partners such as Britain, France, Germany and Israel sell China hardware. In Asia they're only signing up to give you face, they don't like you or care about you. Last thing they need is a paranoid superpower trying to color revolution them.

For Laos, civilian agreements mean nothing. Their trade with China is infinitely more valuable. In fact US trade with Laos is just about zero.

What world map shows Iran as not being in Asia?

That data is intriguing, however. More interesting finds from Gallup:

Chinese Struggling Less Than Americans to Afford Basics

Chinese Struggling Less Than Americans to Afford Basics

Yes, this is really intriguing, especially the article is from 2011, here is the one more recent, from 2014

Fewer Americans Struggling to Afford Food

Mind You, 17.2% of American means 35 millions American. Where as 6.7% Chinese mean 80 millions Chinese did not have money for food. While the 35 Millions would still have food stamp.
