For example, Vietnam. You want anything from Vietnam? So easy, pay them, you get what you want and go away, anything else will be taken care of by local Vietnamese. That is called fair business trade. Or you can invest on Vietnam, which is much more risky than just trade. You initiate a war and occupy Vietnam? I don't think Vietnam would go to war with China over South China Sea. But certainly Vietnam will not give up its claim all that easily. So let play your game, how much would China willing to pay for that and how much you think China can get out of that route. Certainly, up to a point, where money is nolonger a factor. By that I meant, no matter how much money you offer, it would still be a no. Maybe a few islands can be bought off, put to push the sea boundary as in the 9 dash claim all the way to Vietnam coast. China don't havve that much money for that to happen.

1. As a Vietnamese, u should understand Chinese as same as ur grandpa ... in a long time of Vietnam history, ancient Vietnamese read/write Chinese characters, not today latin letters.

NO to the first one, the second point I agree with you. However, if you can't direct translate the phrase such as
