China’s economy and military can overtake US, but it still won’t become global superpower

I understand the author's point of view, if China wants to be a superpower, it has to do three things:

1. Political system like the West and India, multi-party, free election
2. Expand immigration policy. Waiting for more refugees, immigrants, and many people of foreign origin to enter China. Turn China into a multi-racial, multicultural, multi-religious nation
3. Spend a lot of money on building bases abroad and trying to create a military alliance.

Fortunately, China doesn't want to be the second United States or India. China isn't that stupid. They don't need, don't want to be the so-called "Global Superpower".
