SpaceX decades ahead of CNSA? I doubt Elon Musk is capable of a complex lunar mission of Chang e 5 with 1st try even with NASA help.

SpaceX did not started from zero ground. NASA must have offered technical supports. I think it's more like SpaceX merged NASA rocket launch department.
