China vs The West, why no homelessness in China?

No one can guarantee "zero homelessness", but it's almost non existent here. I mentioned if people search very hard in tier 3 or 4 cities, they might find one or two. but homelessness is not a problem in China.

Low homelessness doesn't mean no homelessness as stated in the OP.

But yeah, I do agree homelessness is not a pressing problem in China. Housing affordability is a greater issue.
