They really do keep an eye on the current issues and don't let issues become major problem before they take any action.

China condemned falsified report that Pakistani girls were brought to China and had their organs removed, saying the rumor is totally a lie and the local news agencies ( such as 巴基斯坦私营ARY电视台 Priveately owned Pakistiani TV ARY station) reporting this lie are with ulterior motives.

巴媒报道所称的“非法婚介机构”在中巴两国确实存在，但所谓“贩卖器官”则纯粹是西方反华势力编造的谣言。“中国大使馆回击不实报道”——中国驻巴基斯坦大使馆13日的声明吸引国际媒体关注。12日，巴基斯坦媒体曝光“一个中国团伙假借婚姻之名诱骗巴基斯坦女孩”，报道还称，中国团伙诱骗巴女孩到中国有“不可告人的目的”，强迫她们卖淫甚至“贩卖她们的器官”，引发大量媒体转载。中国使馆13日发表声明说，中国和巴基斯坦都是法治国家，坚决反对人口贩卖，更不存在器官买卖等活动。当地有关报道有捏造事实、误人视听的成分。

据报道，巴基斯坦私营ARY电视台12日播出了题为“器官以婚姻的名义送往中国”的报道。该媒体报道组和当地警察突袭了位于巴东部城市拉合尔的一家非法婚介中心，几名中国男子和据称是他们妻子的当地妇女待在这里，其中还有两名未成年人。美媒引述报道的内容称，在盘问下，这些中国人拿不出当地的结婚证明，或是显示他们在和巴基斯坦穆斯林妇女结婚之前依法要改信伊斯兰教的文件。有受害者接受采访说，如果嫁给中国男人，她们的家庭每月可以得到大约4万巴基斯坦卢比（约合2400元人民币），以及家庭中的男性成员前往中国的签证。

　　中国驻巴基斯坦大使馆的声明称，一段时期以来，一些非法的婚介组织借涉外婚姻介绍之名，向当事人收取高额费用，非法谋利，中、巴两国一些青年均是这些非法跨国婚介的受害者。中国法律严禁成立涉外婚姻介绍机构，任何个人不得采取欺骗手段或以营利为目的从事或变相从事涉外婚姻介绍活动。中国政府也严格禁止任何组织或者个人以任何形式买卖人体器官，不得从事与买卖人体器官有关的活动。对构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

　　声明说，中方正同巴基斯坦执法部门合作打击非法婚姻中介行为，我们提醒中巴双方人员要提高警惕，谨防上当，也欢迎各方提供线索，共同遏制这种非法活动。声明同时希望有关报道要实事求是，不要误信误传，共同维护中巴友好关系。

据《环球时报》记者了解，巴媒报道所称的“非法婚介机构”在中巴两国确实存在，但所谓“贩卖器官”则纯粹是西方反华势力编造的谣言。巴基斯坦《新闻报》14日称，中国驻巴基斯坦外交官在社交媒体上介绍了中国山东省菏泽市曹县近期依法取缔两家涉外婚姻介绍机构的消息。还有报道称，今年2月，山东菏泽鄄城县曾发布文件，下令取缔当地的6个非法跨国婚介机构。14日，《环球时报》记者在网上查找到一则“淄博巴基斯坦相亲”的广告，当记者以“找巴基斯坦新娘”名义打电话给对方时，对方称“之前确实做中巴跨国婚介，促成了很多对，但最近签证收紧，不做这个了”。

　　美国媒体13日称，中国和巴基斯坦对任何有关两国关系的报道都十分敏感。巴官员近期在一次会议上向议员表示，政府正在就假结婚问题与中方保持密切沟通，并采取行动解决这一问题。巴基斯坦内政部发言人萨德尔说，巴一些私营婚介机构参与其中，多数投诉来自拉合尔市和阿伯塔巴德市。
