Apparently in Chinese eyes when things go wrong it is unjust to point the finger at them...but if things go wrong in the US oh my my my..well that's a different ball game. Out come a dozen Chinese fingers waving.

But things do go wrong a lot in the US. A little heat wave will knock down hundreds of thousands of residents' electricity and that happened every year. This year will not skip it... just watch. Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, Tokyo, all have a lot higher population densities than Los Angeles, Seattle, NYC, SF and they use a lot more power because of higher densities. But the US cities still use equipment built before there are 50" plasma TVs, three TVs in each house, AC's, laptops, playstations, etcs.

How about Flint, Michigan? Residents there have not had potable water for decades(?). Why can't the US government spend a tiny % of its military budget to build facilities that bring water to the residents? No? Because they were blacks and poor?

Keep in mind these levees just broke in Inner Mongolia were built at a time China was poor and they are in rural area. So keep cool with your perspective.
