If you ask me which country possesses a better fighting force between India and Vietnam. Its clearly Vietnam as Indians can't fight jack. The problem for Vietnamese is that this will be naval battle and they can't fight a navel battle by digging tunnels. They can fly a few planes by SCS islands. But when it come to real war, this planes would be shot down in no time as Vietnam does not possess the most advance radar and electronics in the area. Remember, in the 21st century, the country that possess the best electronic warfare equipment such as radar and the most invisible planes would win the sky and control the war. Vietnam has no chance in SCS now. And not in the forseeable future.
