Had Chinese wanted to stop India getting MTCR, they would have done so but as didnt oppose it so it means they know its pros and cons. India can join anything anywhere, its non of our concern. Main concern is that there should not be any discrimination. For Pakistan, Chinese are the only option because we chose them to be the one as it comes without fear of any embargo or sanctions. Nonetheless when they are pulling the feat and projects in record time when why should we be worried? As a matter of fact that we are nearing the phase where we would not be needing any foreign assistance in this field, rather we would be more of a supplier in this field and that is one main reason we are taking the stance that we consider ourselves qualified to join NSG.

As NSG its now became anamoly specially in India case where.india can bypass it with freedom

This has clearly send a strong message. The world order of Bush is no longer valid. This is now a bipolar world.

As for India, when they jumped into Uncle Sam lap, doing Naval drills with yanks and Japs in south China sea, projecting and selling themselves to west as bulwark against China, they were actually thinking that China will ignore all this non sense? The forigen policies makers in India need to get their head checked, otherwise embarrassment like these will be there in future as well.

It seems Russia backed China in this issue. All major power are silent on Indian support. They may vote India, but no one counter Chinese in this issue. Its feeling Chinese are leading the conference.

the issue is that USA is prepping India to face off China
but Indian mentality is only to go for weaker and smaller countries so the best it can do is cause subversion inside Pakistan while subduing and bulling all other smaller countries in the sub continent.

China on the other hand continues to show why it is still the boss when it comes to India .. from 1962 to this day.
I think America will have to make an exclusive club for India and give it membership .. otherwise there is no chance for a country that actually abused the nuclear supplies and used it to make a bomb forcing the world to make this organisation.

Thats what I said that had Chinese wanted or deemed it proper they wud have stopped entry of India into that very club as they know how to pull strings. Nonetheless China is still doing all that it was to given privilege to do under MTCR but with restrictions.
