Chinese Tech is a really blessing and with China interest to go for areas where West,US dont want shows W/W for all .I have seen some insecure comments regarding all failed states are going to China for investment ,My question to them is this failed according to whom and if these are so failed why China is investing .China is providing many countries support to standup on there feet unlike US and her allies which destroys like a termite from inside and out of country .

It is 3rd gen, i.e. G-III, which is the prevailing implementation standard, i.e. matured tech. Other than China, there are six other countries on this gen of reactor tech: US (Westinghouse, GE), Canada (Candu), Japan (Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Toshiba), Russia (Gidropress), South Korea (KHNP) and France (Areva).

On next gen i.e. G-IV, fewer countries are working on it:
China starts up first fourth generation nuclear reactor

I suppose the difference could be that Chinese sources report $6B for reactors only, while Argentinian sources report $15B as total project worth.
