The rape is an unforgivable act.

The Cheap act is from the News Outlet (the people Daily which represents China and which is saying the news source is Xinhua) for making a baseless and cheap statement like,

India is known for rampant rapes against women and Delhi is called "rape capital of the world"below

Now that the source is given to be People Daily (which says the news source is Xinhua, now they better know whats the truth) which is the OFFICIAL paper of China.

It is the Indians themselves who created this phrase "rape capital".

A cheap term, but an accurate description for a cheap mentality.

Go and blame them, the BBC and the People's Daily are only quoting what the Indians themselves are saying.

And the Indian media are only describing what the Indians themselves are doing.

System failed to pass strict laws in past. But the Delhi rape shook the entire country and so these changes. Kindly be practical.

People around the world are praising Indian Civil Society for protest they made after when they first ridiculed India over rape.

I cannot do anything for USA, Canada. As for India, I am telling the Chinese Govt. should stop issuing Visa to Chinese females to India. I wonder why the ccp is not doing it? Is China not concerned about the safety of their women in India.

Just because we protested at such a large scale, entire world noticed. Look at other countries where there are more Rpaes per capita like South Africa, a developed country but still 64,000 rapes in 50 million population. No protest but Indian protest inspired them to do so.

The list continues as long as it can get if one bothers to search more for it. The fact is India has loads of rapists around and it's tarnishing the image of India. It's not individual or isolated incidents, women go to India to have a nice holiday, for work or study and not to get raped. I label India as a dangerous destination for women period.

Indian men can watch ****, it's free on the internet and millions of photos can be looked at on their screens. Instead they choose to rape women, it is just sick. Don't they know they will give a bad name to their own country? Why not watch ****, grab their penises and ejaculate and go to bed? That way it's not a crime, no innocent lives are ruined but no they rather go grope women and act like barbarians. Heck even young girls aren't safe as we have seen. A couple of hundreds of rape cases annually is fair for me to advise women not to visit India. There are plenty of destinations to choose from for a nice holiday without staying alert every second.

I again repeat, there are more than Twice times more rapes in South Africa which has population just 50 million.

When comparison is made, Rape per capita is taken into account, not total number of rapes.
