Well, like i said, you actually don't have to do anything. Just make sure that the economy keeps expanding at an above 7-8% rate. The rest will come automatically. If we take a look at past 20 years, the change is already here. It always better to have two powers at world stage than just one.
7-8% growth will be quite hard for us now. It was easy to grow at 10% when our economy was smaller, but now our economy has become massive, and even growing at 7.5% requires that we add almost a trillion to our GDP every year.
We need at least 7% average growth for the whole next decade, at the very least. If we can't do that we will run into some big problems.
And you can bet that America will try all the indirect methods they can to stop us, after all they are trying to hold on to their global hegemony.
