China pledges to help rebuild Afghanistan and, while blaming US for chaos, insists it pays too

Their guests with whom they intermarried, making them family members, did. Please read my post above with comprehension: "their guests and family members who attacked USA".

After 20 years, ground realities are unchanged ... Taliban are back in power and stronger than before ... and US military complex made trillions of $.

Taliban video statement of 2001 demanding evidence of OBL involvement has been out for a long time, where they committed to trial OBL if evidence is provided. Taliban demanded for the evidence again last week. US has failed to provide, because it doesn't have it.

OBL was an excuse. Hamid Gul summarised it very well - Afghanistan Bahana, Pakistan Nishana.

. . .
Right. And USA has left Afghanistan without making Pakistan its nishana. So much for that tripe. :D

I think what he meant was that Americans will stay in Afghanistan to spy and support the terrorism inside Pakistan, whether America did it or not but their presence in Afghanistan does made a clear Path for Indians to use TTP and their likes against Pakistan, and all of that is happening under the full supervision of Americans.

.
No. The US has no obligation to do anything in Afghanistan. Let China and it’s buddy, Pakistan, foot the bill.

still sore are we?...

i taught you cared about afgan women team or some crap like that?

Taliban must ensure China pays for the reconstruction of Afghanistan

Win-Win for Taliban

Pakistan has been damaged. You must be blind!

LOL. That damage is the Pakistanis' own doing by the decisions made by them. Rest assured, if USA actually wanted to make Pakistan its "nishana", not much would be left standing in short order. But, let me emphasize again, there is no viable need or rationale for doing so. Both nations work together far more than not. Still.

That is simply not the case, with facts in evidence. Just look at the quick routing out of all outside forces from Afghanistan, except one.

It would be in US national interest to have a defanged (non-nuclear) Pakistan without resorting to conventional war with a nuclear Pakistan that is backed by another nuclear power (China). The proxy war plan failed along with prepping India to attack Pakistan.

USA has never gone to war with a nuclear country so this hogwash of 'not much would be left standing in short order' is pure BS you can keep telling yourself!

US pumped trillions in Afghanistan and blamed Pakistan for 20 years for homing Taliban .. and yet it was Pakistan who built the fence instead of US who could have easily built a stronger fence with high tech equipment. No, US fencing wouldn't have served it's national interests by stopping the movement of anti-Pakistan terrorists from Afghanistan to Pakistan.

Well, Pakistan bears the consequences, the good and the bad, of the decisions it makes as a sovereign nation, just like all other countries. Blaming others for one's own issues is pointless in international geopolitics.

Incorrect. USA sees nuclear weapons in South Asia as a guarantor of stability that prevents the outbreak of war, and China shares this view. That is why Pakistan's development was allowed to go on for so long. It was only the illegal proliferation that occcured later that caused trouble, and that was not USA, but Pakistan's fault.

LOL. There has been no war between ANY two nuclear armed countries on a widespread scale due to MAD. And there is no need to attack Pakistan if you comprehended my post in total. Mere economic collapse will do the needful, if it comes to that, which is not likely for the foreseeable future, let me be clear.

Do you really believe that Taliban were not able to use Pakistani territory as a resource? Please read the many comments of PMIK as an example to refresh your selective memory, including the ones about how Pakistan does not know what happens inside the vast refugee camps on its territory.

US is not going to pay for the Afghan reconstruction all over again. China can fund the reconstruction in return for minerals mined from Afghanistan. Qatar can chip in if they please.

It is a win-win for all parties involved :-)
