Why do you suppose that his closer cooperation statement has something to do with CPEC? Sino-Pak relations are bigger and beyond CPEC. Your questions have already been answered in Ishrat Hussain's opeds and by Arif Rafiq in CPECWIRE.

Don't want to prejudge but your questions are convoluted, and hence trollish.

All I am trying to ask is, does Pakistan have a major export plan utilizing all the facilities that the Chinese are providing them?

I tried to find a masterplan document of your government but couldn't get one. If you have such a document it'll be really appreciate to share it here.
