Its just propaganda, as the withdrawal of US from Afghanistan is getting near, we will see such reports popping up in Western media. Even if China is providing Pakistan with civil nuclear technology, whats the big deal? If USA can violate Nuclear Supplier's Group and NPT regulations, while signing Nuclear Technology agreement with India, so can China.
The problem with US is that they themselves violate international laws and treaties and still want other to follow them. Any way, NPT and other nuclear non-proliferation treaties are obsolete, as now Pakistan, India and North Korea are also declared nuclear weapon states and Israel is also no more a secret. New international treaty should be fair and treat member countries equally. US has already fucked up the existing treaties with their double standards.
