)))))The post above actually indeed validates why Language is a "HURDLE"
Why not hire scientists from Pakistan instead?
Both nations have a very good relationship and 1-2 Pakistanis university are very good and literacy rate is not that far behind India.
I didn't disagree. I only emphasize that it isn't the main hurdle. And, thanks for correcting my spelling. "huddle" looked weird to me and I just didn't realize why.The post above actually indeed validates why Language is a "HURDLE"
I doubt there are more than few thousands Indian immigrants in China..Fact is hardly any Indian talent wants to go to China or ever will be.So doesn't matter what you want.We are not talking about talents from India in general but those Indians who are well trained in the developed countries. And we don‘t want those "talents" who have ever worked in ISRO...LOL
All Chinese want is to hire talents with competitive cost, regardless who they are. For the same talent, if an American is wiling but an Indian is not, that only means the cost to attract the Indian is higher. It is all about the economy.I doubt there are more than few thousands Indian immigrants in China..Fact is hardly any Indian talent wants to go to China or ever will be.So doesn't matter what you want.

There are superior companies, opportunities, educational institutions in west so stop spewing self glorifying bs.Those places are harder to get into than any Chinese copy cats & also provide world class opportunities better than China.Yes,there are Indian immigrants of tech background in China that are recruited from the US or Europe. You should only speak for yourself. I don’t think other Indians have any chance...
more than innovation ,diversity curbs bias and discrimination. It promotes fair envn as ppl cannot form groups. For eg Indians tend to take other Indians for granted and our cultural attitudes like IST,adjusting character have to be challenged.I guess India should bring in more talent from outside world. And open policy towards attracting talent is the first step towards an innovation economy.
