There doesn't have to be a war between Shias and Sunnis, and non of the Shia groups supported by Iran have tried to ethnically cleanse the Sunnis(Houthis, Hezbollah, Hashd al shabi and etc)
Shias are a minority, they fought for survival and their rights which has been oppressed for centuries.

If the so called rebels had their way in Syria, all Allawites, Shias, Druze and Christians would have been cleansed.

You're talking about learning i am talking about manufacturing- How did North Korea "access" TEL for missiles when it cant make them??? They came from China...China is sharing top level missile and nuclear technology iwth North Korea...NK doesnt have the independent capacity to do all that its doing..thats obvious from the common eye...they are not at that level of development..

The Chinese originally sold the TELs as timber trucks to North Korea. Indeed these TELs can serve as timber trucks, as China uses them for, but they were based on military TELs and as such their conversion from civilian to military usage is quite easy.

Japan does not know how to make nukes and can never make them because the US will never allow its vassal state to develop in the first place. Naturally you would think if Indians can make them Japanese who are way more intelligent certainly can but that is not the point. Being a vassal state Japan has no complete independence, the same thing happened to South Korea. Once US found out South Korea had nuclear weapon program the Americans were shocked and threatened South Korea to terminate it. I do not have to tell you what the Koreans did afterwards.
Nothing to do with finance or chain of commands, nobody is buying that poor excuse. Do not try to apply this excuse for India either. India's nukes are not thermonuclear, does not have the kind of range China, Russia and US have. We are the most advanced nuclear powers in the world.
