I will give you another example, few months back it was made mandatory for Madarsas in UP to celebrate independence day, and 100s of Pakistanis were whining about it on this forum. I will tell you fact I -day was mandatory for all schools and colleges, Saraswati shishi mandir (school run by RSS), many Missionary schools do the same, but when Madarsas were asked then Pakistanis had the problem.

There are 100s of such examples from where you had a opinion but when the same thing happens in your deeper than the hole and higher than the pole friend then your opinion changes, ummah chummah disappears

But look up how many of the top scientists are atheists/agnosts. Almost all developed countries have a high atheist population (atheist majority in most), and the percentages are rapidly increasing.

I'm not against atheism. And yes, religion to an extend hinder logical thinking. But when you claim to be atheist, it means you don't believe in any super natural BS.

Or a statue gives you luck if you place it somewhere in house. Or when building a house/office/flat, place some stuffs on the corner stone etc...

That's not persecution man. It's local issues faced by west funded churches. China has a set of rules, for example, if the Church want to appoint a Bishop, they can't do that. Let's say they are Syrian Christian I don't know if any Syrian Church exist in China, but there is an arch Bishop outside China who is supposed to appoint them. China, do not approve the authority of such Arch Bishops. Same with Pope who appoints Arch Bishops in China for Roman Catholics. In every country, pope decides the Bishops, it's a customary. Not a religious event. But the Chinese government appoints the Bishops, other priests and priestess.

Also, there have been issues were Churches are demolished for a new construction site. It's not a religious persecution.

Coming to Islam, there are few things government should not control, assuming you are a muslim, you should know that fasting in the month of Ramadan is of prime importance. No need to explain these to a Pakistani. If one day, government of Pakistan bans fasting for university students, government officials in Ramadan, how would you react. It's clear violation of every codes. It's an act of interfering and it's an attempt to make people stop practicing Islam.


Coming to Falun gong. It's a yoga like stuff. Which was earlier sponsored by Chinese government as it is deemed to be good for health. But suddenly when there was a mass movement, I mean, it suddenly picked up momentum and more and more people started practising it. Which made the CCP scared. falun Gong is not a religion, it's a society that practice a type of meditation resembling to Yoga. Just like those Yoga clubs.

unfortunately， same for Buddhist. in fact, in Chinese history, at least 3 times, all monks were sentenced to death, some bald people were also killed. only books are reserved, all treasure in temple were robbed by government.
at last, new Buddhism were more peaceful.

China treats all religions equally, we don't target Muslims. All religions are controlled to some extent cause China is a communist country.
