There are no sanctions besides tit for tat sanctions between Iran and US, even countries like Pakistan are importing duty free goods from Iran, at cost of it's own national industry and health.
India although have stopped buying oil but officially hold exempted from US sanctions on business with Iran, and they have a military base and RAW operational base in Iran.
