But the difference between China and India when it comes to bad side is :
China Government will try to fight that and Punish whoever dare to keep that,

meanwhile

Indian government really don't care about the safety of their citizens and keep that happen until this day

Congress (opposition now) legislator complaining about the situation when his govt was in power. Like I said, point me actual sample test (like before, apples to apples), not some biased politician words.

Good to see action on the gutter oil. But how much goes on in China...who knows?

Point is no one's hands are entirely clean here.

Asia's biggest dairy goat farm brings jobs to poor farmers in Shaanxi

A dairy goat breeding farm in Longxian County in Shaanxi Province has provided jobs that are helping to lead 437 households in the county out of poverty.

Lvnengmuye, a dairy goat breeding company, invested 380 million yuan (55 million U.S. dollars) into the project in 2015 to get it started. As of this year, a total of 720 million yuan has been invested in what is by far the biggest dairy goat breeding farm in Asia.

The 116 acre farm currently has 14,000 dairy goats, and can produce more than five tons of goat milk a day when it is operating at full capacity. The farm is equipped with leading genetic screening and embryo transplant technology.

But, China still has a way to go to become a prominent player in dairy business.

Currently just one company in the top 10.

That's understandable because dairy products are not that much popular in East Asian cuisine.
