This dairy farm currently holds the title of the biggest farm in the world. Approximately 100,000 cows supply the farm with milk for dairy products. The expansion of this dairy farm happened in 2015, when Russia banned milk products from the EU, as a response to the Ukraine crisis. China stepped in to supply the demand for dairy products on the Russian market.

As you can see the article was from 2014 (actually the issue was major reporting during 2009 - 2012) and concerned mostly Uttar Pradesh...i.e a poorly performing state, and made worse given this was the last administration.

FSSAI was improved in recent years by the Modi govt:

and if you can find me any such sample rate for today (2017 onwards) that was like the previous administration, lets see it.

The oil problem started in Taiwan by innovative Taiwan businessmen. Then adopted by some Mainland peers. Nonetheless, this does not change the fact that both Taiwan and Mainland China experience much longer life expectancy than (in Mainland China's case) other developing countries. In fact, Mainland China now has a longer healthy life expectancy than USers.
